…..i am sore!
and i have a full day of studying ahead of me.
sure it could be worst, i could be going shopping and buying some wonderful fruits and veggies and some amazingly beautiful food for the week…..

i kind of had a little taught. why don’t i try the no potato and bread experiment for a week? i hate using celeberties as inspiration, but i read that if you cut out potato and bread, you can see some more changes in your body shape. i do TRX Classes, which focus on toning my body, my abs, my arms and my legs and i genuinely think if i cut out bread and potatoes, it might make me tone up that little quicker. no?
is this a stupid idea? have i just gotten sucked into the crazy celeb stupid fad diet phase?
i tried the green tea diet for a week and lost 2lbs. basically i only drank green tea instead of normal tea, so that was like nearly 3-4 cups of green tea a day. after the 5th day, i got stick of it but when the week was over, i seen results and i knew it was worth it.
i literally feel like sitting in my PJ’s and reading all day. i had training this morning at 10am and it was tough but i loved it and i am now being asked to clean the car, the sheer effort! i suppose if i put some energy into it, it can be another form of workout for the day and it’s also a bit warm out today, i can try i get a tan haha.

and i done almost 2 hours of the Davina McCall workout DVD. i am sweaty. i am energetic and i am not tired anymore :)

it’s 3 rounds so i say it will take me 15-20 minutes and i also added in some jump rope to get me started again because it’s been a while since i have been using my jump rope.
i can also do them if i am in my room bored or while i am waiting on the ad’s on the telly to finish.
i will have an arse like Beyonce and abs like Pink! before the year is out haha.
i don’t mind newbies but when it’s newbies and i know and dispise then that’s when i get physical in class and show those fuckers that their assholeness isn’t going to make me do shit in class.
this certain newbie is a neighbour and along with the rest of my neighbours, is so stuck up her own arse it’s a wonder she is married. everyone one of my neighbours ignore me every time they see me pretty much, except 1 or 2 but other than that they should all just…go away and their little demons.
but overall, class was great. my trainer mainly focus on our abs. done loads of burpee’s, planks, sit ups, you name it. i loved it :) jogging on the treadmill before hand was also lovely. i needed time to myself. to sweat out all the emotions. boyfriend problems mainly. but other than that, day went lovely.

edit: he completed it in 2 minutes 45 seconds exactly, while i done it in 2minutes and 33 seconds.
in bootcamp yesterday, we worked on our abs for the whole hour. my trainer threw in a few suicides but he made us focus on our abs. for the first 5 minutes of class, i was able to pull from my abs and i felt so proud, i felt proud that i could do it for the first time without straining my neck then i go and jinx myself and for the rest of the class i was focusing from pulling from my abs but my neck kept hurting but today my abs are so sore and when i sneezed today, cried, like a baby! WORTH IT!
at first i started with 100 jump ropes and i taught if i can do 100, i can throw in a few more and completed with 150. i am extremely proud of this as i have not jumped rope for that long since i was a kid, even when i was a kid i was probably able to do more. i then practice hula hooping for 20 minutes, i watched online tutorials ( i found one basic one and this girl is very good) as no one i know can do more than one hula hoop before giving up. the first time i got up to 2 then after 20 minutes i got up to 4, this is an improvement, at one stage i got to 8, which was pure luck and i wasn’t able to get that luck back! after 20 minutes and full sweat pumping out of me, i just done 20 sit ups as i wanted to take a quick break from hula hooping. i got back into hula hooping for 5-10 minutes and then i finished it off with 100 jump ropes.
i am going to do this everyday and if i get better, i will treat myself to those hula hoops (you know the fancy kinds) that have a bit of weight in them as mine is a €2 kiddies hula hoop and i have seen people post pictures of jump ropes with weights on them and that is what i want! once i can get better as each, i will treat myself to a new hula hoop and skipping rope :)
